Specialist Seller – Enterprise Select, AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead the execution of go-to-market strategies for Samsara's AI Products.

• Collaborate with Account Executives to establish relationships with large, intricate enterprise clients.

• Design deals that align the value of AI Products with customer use cases and return on investment.

• Co-create a new product pipeline alongside ADRs/AEs targeting high-potential AI-ready accounts.

• Implement a high-touch pilot strategy and define success metrics for early adoption.

• Work together with GTM and Product teams to provide insights and influence the roadmap.

• Develop frameworks, resources, and insights that can be scaled across the sales organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years in complex, full-cycle Enterprise sales.

• At least 2 years of direct experience in selling AI-based commercial models (e.g., Snowflake, AWS, Twilio, or AI-native platforms).

• Proven track record of consistently exceeding quotas in complex accounts with transactions exceeding $500k ARR.

• Demonstrated ability to navigate 6- and 7-figure deals involving Legal, Procurement, InfoSec, and C-Suite stakeholders.

• Experience in selling Version 1.0 products where the playbook is still evolving.

• Experience collaborating in a specialist/overlay co-selling environment with a primary AE team.

• Over 4 years of direct experience selling AI-based commercial models with a strong understanding of forecasting and expansion mechanics.

• Comprehensive knowledge of AI/ML concepts and the distinctions between AI Products and conventional automation.
