Specialist Seller, Enterprise Core – AI Products

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Oversee the execution of go-to-market strategies for Samsara’s AI Products.

• Collaborate with Account Executives to foster strong relationships with enterprise accounts.

• Structure deals that align the value of AI Products with customer use cases and return on investment.

• Co-create a new product pipeline with ADRs/AEs targeting high-potential AI-ready accounts.

• Implement a high-touch pilot strategy and establish success metrics for early adoption.

• Work alongside GTM and Product teams to offer feedback and influence the product roadmap.

• Develop frameworks, resources, and insights that can scale throughout the sales organization.

• Propel growth through strategic execution of high-value deals and enable the overall segment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years in complex, full-cycle sales.

• At least 2 years of direct experience in selling AI-based commercial models.

• Proven track record of consistently exceeding quotas in complex accounts with $200k+ ARR transactions.

• Demonstrated ability to navigate six-figure deals involving Legal, Procurement, InfoSec, and C-Suite stakeholders.

• Experience selling Version 1.0 products where strategies are still being developed.

• Experience in a specialist/overlay co-selling role with a primary AE team.

• Over 4 years of direct experience selling AI-based commercial models, with a thorough understanding of forecasting and expansion mechanics.

• Strong knowledge of AI/ML concepts and the distinctions between AI Products and standard automation.

• Legal eligibility to work at Samsara and in the designated work location.
