This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.

📋 Description

• Assist the Fondue Design System team in investigating AI-enhanced workflows.

• Review and organize documentation for AI comprehension, including semantic descriptions and schemas for reusable patterns.

• Create prototypes and conduct tests for AI-assisted discovery, conceptualization, and composition utilizing existing Fondue components, blocks, sections, and patterns.

• Verify outputs against established standards for accessibility, consistency, and quality.

• Record findings and provide recommendations.

• Assess how AI can enhance design efficiency without compromising accessibility, consistency, or quality.

• Acquire knowledge of various roles within the Managed Care industry and investigate potential career paths.

• Utilize academic knowledge and develop new skills by participating in projects.

• Convey project progress and outcomes to staff mentors and management.

• Investigate legal, regulatory, and other relevant topics within the functional area and industry.

• Participate in training and development sessions.

• Execute other assigned duties.

• Must have authorization to work in the U.S. without requiring employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent undergraduate coursework completed.

• Must be enrolled in a graduate program at an accredited university or college in a field relevant to the hiring department throughout the internship period.

• Must maintain enrollment during the internship period.

• Academic field must relate to the hiring department.

• Adherence to all policies and standards is required.
