Hospitalist, Internist – Medical AI Evaluation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Analyze clinical EHR vignettes alongside questions, suggested answers, and distractor “trap” answers related to diagnosis and treatment tasks.

• Evaluate vignettes covering cardiovascular, nervous, hematologic, respiratory, digestive, urinary, reproductive, musculoskeletal, and integumentary systems.

• Assess the quality of clinical reasoning, the accuracy and completeness of vignettes, the correctness and gradeability of answers, and the quality of traps.

• Determine if reasoning chains lead to answers based solely on vignette facts.

• Revise reasoning traces and compose concise rationales.

• Engage in three independent blind reviews followed by physician adjudication.

• Submit assignments by specified deadlines and fulfill acceptance criteria.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a US-based, actively practicing physician.

• Possess a medical degree (MD or DO).

• Hold an active, unrestricted US medical license, verified by the issuing medical board.

• Board certification or completion of residency training is required.

• Recent experience in direct patient care; attending-level is preferred.

• Comprehensive, multi-system diagnostic and treatment experience in internal, family, emergency, or hospital medicine.

• Strong clinical reasoning skills, including differential diagnosis, next-step management, and the application of evidence-based guidelines.

• Proficient in written English (C1+).

• CV must be submitted in English with indicated English proficiency level.

• This position is not suitable for medical students, unlicensed medical graduates, non-physician clinicians, or non-clinical healthcare roles.
