Specialist, Proposals & Client Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Accountable for all facets of assigned RFPs and RFIs.

• Oversees the entire proposal process from the reception of RFP/RFI to the final submission.

• Collaborates with Account Directors and Operational teams to clarify proposal scope and incorporate solutions into comprehensive proposals.

• Develops various complex budget tools and corresponding client grids.

• In accordance with legal guidelines, completes work order contracts including Task Matrix, vendor details, and client-specific information based on Master Services Agreement(s).

• Assists Operations and Finance in managing and reconciling both Out of Scope and Final invoicing.

• Evaluates protocols and other scientific documents to apply relevant study information to budget tools.

⛳️ Requirements

• Fully proficient in developing Strategic, Full Service, and Preferred Provider RFPs.

• Extensive knowledge of Early Phase study designs, including NHV and patient/multi-site studies.

• Demonstrated exceptional organizational, analytical, and mathematical abilities.

• Experienced in creating tailored budgets and adept at compiling multiple documents/responses.

• Capable of advising and engaging with all management levels, including skills in negotiation and conflict resolution.

• Advanced proficiency in all MS-Office applications, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel.

• Bachelor’s Degree required (preferably in Life Sciences or Business).

• 2 to 4 years of experience in preparing proposals and budgets within the clinical trial industry; preferably in a CRO environment.
