Specialist, Project and Program Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Lead talent development initiatives by implementing impactful training programs.

• Create and present training sessions, presentations, and engaging learning materials.

• Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires and enhance skills of current employees.

• Collaborate with subject matter experts to pinpoint skill deficiencies and establish learning priorities.

• Deliver focused coaching to individuals as needed.

• Assess program success through evaluations, surveys, and tracking performance after training.

• Promote an inclusive and continuous learning atmosphere.

• Act as a communication link between frontline staff and management.

• Develop, revise, and oversee training materials that comply with organizational policies, industry standards, and operational procedures.

• Perform regular audits to assess employee adherence to processes and mitigate compliance risks.

• Generate data reports on training needs, both internal and external, to guide the talent strategy.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 2 years of experience in a Process Trainer or Learning & Development role in BPO, RPO, MSP, Recruitment, or Staffing sectors.

• Practical experience with Learning Management System (LMS) platforms.

• Familiarity with e-learning content creation tools.

• Background in developing training content.

• Proven history of effective stakeholder management.

• Demonstrated experience in group facilitation.

• Established quality auditing skills.

• Strong grasp of operational procedures and compliance requirements.

• Competent in designing and delivering diverse educational programs.

• Ability to assess performance data and create focused learning solutions.

• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

• Experience in mentoring learners and managing stakeholder relationships.
