Specialist Java Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Collaborate to enhance application performance and scalability.

• Work alongside SRE, Platform, and DevOps teams to ensure continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD).

• Act as a key resource for the team during code reviews, unit testing, and integration testing.

• Provide guidance in resolving complex software challenges and consistently improve existing code.

• Serve as a technical resource for fellow team members.

• Advocate for the definition and implementation of best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in developing applications within the AWS cloud environment.

• Expertise in Java debugging, profiling, and optimization.

• Proficient in Java versions 8, 11, 17, and 21.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in systems development.

• Proven technical leadership within the team.

• Capability to propose and discuss best practices and architectural approaches with the team.
