This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.
• Collaborate with Field Sales leadership to enhance inventory levels and facilitate growth initiatives.
• Lead efforts in inventory optimization, focusing on set balancing, trunk stock reduction, and PAR alignment.
• Drive initiatives for asset redeployment, including pullbacks, reallocation, and redistribution of inventory.
• Analyze inventory and financial data to deliver actionable insights.
• Assist in new product introductions and field conversions through appropriate asset allocation.
• Execute system transactions in SAP or similar systems to aid asset movement.
• Manage field support requests and address inventory-related issues that affect case coverage.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations teams.
• Aid in the development of dashboards and reporting tools such as Power BI.
• Promote change management and the implementation of inventory strategies.
• A Bachelor's degree is required (in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field).
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in Hospital Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration.
• Capability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office tools.
• Preferred experience in the medical device or healthcare sector, particularly with the Spine business.
• Preferred background in inventory optimization or asset management.
