Specialist, Hospital Operations – Spine

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with Field Sales leadership to enhance inventory levels and facilitate growth initiatives.

• Spearhead inventory optimization strategies, including set balancing, trunk stock reduction, and PAR alignment.

• Propel asset redeployment initiatives, encompassing pullbacks, reallocation, and redistribution of inventory.

• Examine inventory and financial data to deliver actionable insights.

• Assist in new product launches and field conversions through appropriate asset allocation.

• Perform system transactions in SAP or similar systems to aid in asset movement.

• Oversee field support requests and troubleshoot inventory-related issues that affect case coverage.

• Work cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations teams.

• Aid in the creation of dashboards and reporting tools, such as Power BI.

• Champion change management and the adoption of inventory strategies.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is required in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field.

• Over 4 years of experience in Hospital Operations, Supply Chain, or a related area.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Experience in cross-functional collaboration.

• Ability to juggle multiple priorities effectively.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite.

• Preferred experience in the medical device or healthcare sector, particularly with the Spine business.

• Inventory optimization or asset management experience is a plus.
