This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Install and implement middleware technology solutions to fulfill business requirements, including performance optimization, upgrades, clustering, redundancy, and disaster recovery.

• Act as a subject matter expert and the highest point of technical escalation for middleware technologies.

• Collaborate with and act as a liaison for end users and application developers in support of mission-critical applications.

• Ensure compliance with appropriate standards and procedures while developing and implementing standards for the installation, maintenance, and enhancement of middleware platforms.

• Effectively communicate design trade-offs related to availability, performance, interoperability, and costs to both technical and executive stakeholders.

• Offer guidance and cross-training to fellow team members.

⛳️ Requirements

• Provide Level 2 Middleware support.

• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a production IT environment managing enterprise Middleware technologies (AWS MQ, IBM MQ/MQFTE, Apache Tomcat, Web services, and Application Servers, IBM WTX).

• Proven experience in executing projects, including the planning and implementation of both short-term and long-term work plans while successfully delivering projects on time.

• Experience in implementing enterprise middleware and Cloud technologies.

• Proficient in application and middleware performance tuning, capacity planning, and reporting.

• Hands-on experience troubleshooting infrastructure and middleware issues.

• Experience managing and collaborating with third-party system integrators and solution providers.

• Familiarity with clustered systems and high availability systems.

• Demonstrated experience with IT Support Operations and processes.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Experience in leading and managing a team to achieve results.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Strong time management and organizational skills.

• Proficient technical documentation skills.
