📋 Description

• Manage the entire legal production line, ensuring seamless progression of cases through all stages of the process.

• Detect and address bottlenecks promptly to maintain stable workflow and eliminate backlogs.

• Foster team development, enhancing both the quality of work produced and overall efficiency.

• Establish and monitor operational metrics and KPIs, refining processes based on performance outcomes.

• Work closely with Onboarding, Review, Verification, Paralegals, Attorneys, and other departments to ensure operational consistency and efficiency.

• Suggest and execute process enhancements that bolster the operation for the medium and long term.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in team or operations leadership, preferably in high-volume, process-oriented settings (such as call centers, BPOs, service firms, legal, etc.).

• Experience in the immigration or legal sector is advantageous, though not mandatory.

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.

• Demonstrated experience in managing production lines or workflows, with the capability to identify and eliminate bottlenecks before they affect clients.

• Skill in preventing and minimizing backlog, with effective prioritization and foresight regarding operational risks.

• Leadership focused on development, capable of enhancing both work quality and the productivity of team members.

• Analytical and process-oriented mindset, with the ability to assess KPIs, pinpoint improvement areas, and implement lasting solutions.

• Exceptional communication skills, enabling clear guidance for your team and effective coordination with other departments within the firm.
