Specialist Attorney

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Provide expert legal counsel and consultation across various domains, including civil, labor, and corporate law.

• Address conflict resolution and explore alternative solutions to legal challenges.

• Offer legal assistance in general practice and debt recovery matters.

• Review and draft legal contracts.

• Represent clients in both judicial and administrative proceedings.

• Mitigate risks while ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.

• Advise on critical decisions utilizing technical expertise.

• Create effective, tailored legal solutions for clients.

• Monitor and manage portfolios of judicial and administrative cases in collaboration with clients.

• Supervise the review and preparation of legal documents and pleadings.

• Generate procedural and litigation contingency reports using the firm’s systems.

• Draft and implement highly intricate legal instruments.

• Evaluate risks, perform legal diagnoses, and propose alternative legal strategies.

• Organize legal activities related to civil, criminal, social security, and corporate law.

• Develop legal analyses and opinions on various proceedings and legal issues.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law.

• Active membership with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB).

• Postgraduate degree or specialization in Business Law, Contract Law, or Civil Law.

• Additional postgraduate qualifications in Civil Procedure, Labor Procedure, or Labor Law are advantageous.

• At least 6 months of experience in general legal practice and debt recovery.

• Proficient in Civil, Contract, Business, and Civil Procedural Law, alongside Labor Procedure and Labor Law.

• Demonstrated experience in managing complex civil, labor, and administrative proceedings.

• Strong knowledge of civil and procedural law.

• Capable of conducting legal research.

• Experience in drafting and preparing legal pleadings.

• Skilled in deadline and case management.

• Effective negotiation skills.

• Adherence to professional ethics.
