Legal Deployment Strategist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the technical activation process for designated ARIES accounts from the kickoff phase to ongoing adoption.

• Collaborate with Value Experience, Value Adoption Consultant, Account Managers, Services, and Implementation Partners to ensure account readiness and effective implementation.

• Understand the workflows of each customer's legal department and convert them into applicable ARIES use cases.

• Work closely with customers, including on-site interactions, to set up and launch initial use cases.

• Enable and test a standard initial set of 10 to 15 use cases.

• Validate with Engineering and Security to ensure that there are no gaps in user access.

• Monitor adoption through telemetry and identify accounts that may be at risk.

• Direct non-standard use cases through the established ARIES support framework.

• Provide insights to Product and AI Engineering and pinpoint use cases that should evolve into common platform skills.

• Collaborate with VX/VAC to create customer-facing training materials, e-learning resources, and office hours.

• Evaluate success metrics based on time to first live use case, confirmed live use cases, telemetry adoption trends, and outcomes related to renewal and expansion.

⛳️ Requirements

• Background in legal workflows such as matter management, e-billing, contracts, or legal operations, gained through roles in legal ops, implementation, solutions consulting, or professional services.

• Familiarity with generative AI tools, including crafting and testing prompts, assessing output quality, and explaining functionality to a skeptical General Counsel.

• Excellent customer-facing and executive communication abilities.

• Capability to work independently.

• Willingness to function as part of a coordinated account team alongside Customer Success, Account Managers, VX, VAC, and Services.

• Systematic approach to testing and documenting use cases.

• Openness to travel to customer locations; estimated travel is 25%.

• A minimum of 8 years of experience in the legal industry and legal operations.
