This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist with high-priority projects by translating strategic objectives into detailed workplans, timelines, decisions, and execution.
• Take ownership of specific components of significant cross-functional projects, ensuring that milestones are achieved and dependencies are effectively managed.
• Develop trackers, establish meeting schedules, create project documentation, and establish communication processes.
• Decompose complex challenges, integrate inputs, and convert overarching goals into actionable next steps.
• Facilitate coordination among functions and stakeholders to identify risks, address obstacles, and sustain alignment.
• Utilize AI-driven tools and other technologies to enhance execution speed, quality, and efficiency.
• Familiarize yourself with Clover’s business model and operational practices.
• Independently manage key workstreams to boost project visibility, coordination, execution speed, and thoroughness.
• Foster follow-through, enhance cross-team collaboration, and contribute to delivering measurable business outcomes.
• 2–6 years of experience in management consulting, finance, or startup operations.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Capable of handling multiple tasks while keeping an eye on the overall picture.
• Proficient in translating direction into action and executing in ambiguous, cross-functional settings.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Skilled at synthesizing information clearly and ensuring stakeholder alignment.
• Motivated by tackling challenging problems and assisting teams in making progress.
• Sound judgment regarding when to act independently and when to escalate issues.
• Eager to grow as an operator by collaborating closely with leaders on significant company priorities.
