Special Loans Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Provides assistance within the operations of Special Products.

• Engages in Adjustable Rate Mortgage tasks, which encompass ARM plan setup, index updates, loan maintenance, exception report management, ARM audits, and associated responsibilities.

• Handles Servicemember’s Civil Relief Act requests and tasks, assesses benefit eligibility and coverage dates, and informs customers accordingly.

• Develops and sustains documentation for departmental policies and procedures.

• Complies with regulatory, legal, investor, and state mandates.

• Processes and tracks departmental reports and workflow efficiently.

• Aids in additional servicing processes within the Special Products operations.

• Diagnoses daily process issues and suggests ongoing enhancements.

• Contributes to team success and meets established goals and objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent qualification.

• 1-3 years of relevant experience.

• Over 2 years of experience in Special Loans within a Mortgage Loan Servicing setting.

• Familiarity with essential concepts, practices, and procedures relevant to the department/field.

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to comprehend complex transactions.

• Results-driven with a history of delivering measurable outcomes for the organization.

• Knowledge of Special Loans products and the servicing scrutiny from regulators, including compliance and risk implications.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

• Builds effective working relationships within the team.
