This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee, prioritize, draft, organize, and filter daily incoming executive communications.

• Highlight urgent issues and contextualize regular updates into concise daily briefings.

• Manage information backlogs efficiently.

• Coordinate the CEO’s daily agenda, workflow, high-priority meetings, and long-term objectives with organizational goals.

• Prepare briefing materials, agenda packages, stakeholder bios, and relevant background information for critical meetings.

• Transform complex concepts, strategy documents, meeting notes, and analytical insights into Microsoft PowerPoint presentations, Word reports, and executive documents.

• Conduct focused research on industry trends, regulatory changes, competitor landscapes, and potential targets.

• Download and systematically organize research data.


⛳️ Requirements

• 5 to 7 years of experience as a Special Assistant or Executive Assistant to a CEO, OR 5 to 7 years of experience in political staff roles (such as constituent services, legislative affairs, or public affairs) or in journalism/press reporting.

• Advanced technical skills in Microsoft Office.

• Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment while managing a high volume of incoming requests.

• Driven by meaningful work and a strong commitment to transparency, public accountability, and public program integrity.

• Demonstrated analytical and research skills.

• Capacity to synthesize complex qualitative and quantitative data into clear executive summaries.

• A growth mindset with the ability to accept constructive feedback with poise.

• Strong ability to maintain strict confidentiality.

• Proficient in collaborating effectively under tight deadlines in a fully remote environment.
