Special Advisor – Public Sector Advisory

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Participate in client projects and aid in managing client relationships.

• Document and evaluate processes, internal controls, and workflows to uncover improvement opportunities.

• Investigate best practices, operational policies, and organizational structures.

• Conduct client interviews to comprehend processes and suggest enhancements.

• Assist project managers with daily service delivery tasks.

• Analyze issues and create whitepapers on contemporary industry trends and challenges.

• Aid in presenting findings and recommendations using visual aids and written materials.

• Contribute to the creation of articles, sales proposals, and presentations for business development and client engagement.

• Remain informed about firm administrative protocols.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree is mandatory.

• A Master of Public Administration (MPA) or Master of Business Administration (MBA) is highly preferred.

• Five to ten years of prior experience in a governmental setting is desirable, including state government, municipalities, utilities, or K–12 educational institutions.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Strong writing capabilities for summarizing analyses and providing recommendations.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.

• Dedication to continuous learning and keeping up-to-date with strategies and regulations.

• Strong ethical knowledge and commitment.

• A sense of urgency and dedication to the quality and timely execution of responsibilities.

• Willingness to travel to client locations as required.
