📋 Description

• Address medical and safety-related inquiries from healthcare professionals, patients, and consumers through phone, email, and online platforms.

• Utilize approved product information, scientific research, and internal data to deliver clear and accurate responses.

• Record and report adverse events, product complaints, and other safety issues in accordance with regulatory requirements.

• Log inquiries into internal systems in a clear, timely, and compliant manner.

• Conduct checks on safety reports and medical inquiries.

• Compose high-quality custom medical responses using client-approved resources.

• Offer informal training or mentorship to new team members.

• Engage in process improvements and recommend updates to internal procedures.

• Occasionally take part in rotating after-hours coverage.

• A degree in life sciences or a healthcare-related discipline.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Strong attention to detail and a dedication to accuracy.

• Interest in drug safety, medical information, or regulatory affairs.

• A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn.

• Fluency (C2) in both Spanish and English, in written and oral form.

• Capability to respond clearly and knowledgeably to customers via phone and email.

• Occasional involvement in rotating after-hours coverage based on business requirements.
