Spanish-Speaking BCBA, Full Admin Support & Autonomy

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Perform thorough evaluations, including functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skill assessments.

• Create and oversee personalized ABA treatment plans for clients, establishing measurable goals and objectives.

• Supervise, train, and assist RBTs in executing treatment plans effectively.

• Assess client progress and modify treatment plans as needed.

• Participate in team meetings and engage in continuous training and professional development opportunities.

• Uphold client confidentiality and comply with the ethical standards set forth by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).

• Assist our team in understanding essential features to aid parents and providers in delivering top-quality care.

• Coordinate with our team regarding billing and insurance to fulfill payor requirements and meet submission deadlines.

⛳️ Requirements

• Board Certified Behavioral Analyst Certification.

• Master's Degree.

• Must reside in Georgia.

• Proficient in Spanish (required) – capable of effectively communicating with Spanish-speaking clients and their families.

• Strong leadership capabilities.

• Committed to providing high-quality, individualized care.

• Motivated, with a strong ambition to develop an independent practice.
