This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Perform behavioral assessments and create tailored ABA treatment plans.
• Offer clinical supervision and direction to behavior technicians executing programs.
• Track client progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
• Work in partnership with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams to achieve treatment objectives.
• Keep precise documentation and ensure that services adhere to ethical and clinical guidelines.
• Deliver remote Applied Behavior Analysis services to children and families across various states.
• Valid BCBA certification in good standing.
• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related discipline.
• Experience in providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational capabilities.
• Proficiency in both English and Spanish, in written and spoken forms.
• Fully remote role with flexible scheduling options.
• No minimum or maximum requirements for caseloads.
