This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Guatemala.
• Collaborate closely with the Head of the Spanish Channel
• Conduct research on the Spanish-speaking market and analyze comparable Spanish-language YouTube channels
• Oversee the Spanish channel's content calendar, workflow, pipeline, and publishing schedule
• Manage dubbing orders and maintain vendor relationships
• Review translations and dubbed episodes for any missing lines, errors, and adherence to the original content
• Create timestamped changelogs and provide feedback to dubbing vendors
• Monitor vendor turnaround times and follow up on overdue deliverables
• Establish deadlines with the in-house editing team and track file delivery
• Create and translate Spanish metadata, including titles, descriptions, and tags
• Upload and publish long-form videos and shorts
• Organize content files and folders in Google Drive
• Investigate trends, comparable channels, popular concepts, and audience feedback throughout Latin America
• Compile reports on channels, trends, and audience insights
• Monitor views, subscribers, and engagement while identifying high-performing content
• Propose content and clip ideas based on research and performance analytics
• Select impactful moments from Spanish videos for shorts and assess English shorts for suitability for Spanish audiences
• Participate in team meetings, track action items, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Recommend improvements to workflows
• A minimum of 2 years' experience as a project coordinator, production coordinator, or a similar position, preferably in content creation, marketing agency, media company, or a YouTube channel
• Proven experience managing calendars, deadlines, and multiple deliverables simultaneously
• Skilled in conducting online research and synthesizing findings into clear, organized reports
• Ability to analyze content performance data, including views, engagement, and subscriber metrics
• Exceptional attention to detail when reviewing video, audio, and written content
• Proficient written communication skills
• Familiarity with Notion, Google Drive, or similar project management and file-sharing tools
• Must possess a webcam, microphone, and computer
• Native or fully fluent in Spanish, with a keen understanding of tone, humor, and regional variations across Latin America
• Excellent English verbal and written proficiency (C1-C2 on the CEFR Scale)
• Access to a quiet home workspace with reliable internet (100 Mbps or higher)
• Preferred experience coordinating with creative teams across multiple brands or clients
• Experience in a TV network or media network, particularly in ratings or audience research, is preferred
• Prior experience with family-oriented content is a plus
• Familiarity with YouTube Studio or TikTok is advantageous
• Experience in dubbing, translation, subtitling, or localization projects is preferred
• A portfolio of content projects or campaigns is preferred
• A genuine passion for family content is preferred
