Spanish Bilingual Medical Virtual Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Organize and prepare medical records for healthcare providers

• Update patient medical history and health information

• Conduct precise medical data entry and documentation

• Evaluate basic lab results and screening procedures

• Adhere to HIPAA, Joint Commission, and facility regulations

• Assist physicians with administrative and clerical responsibilities

⛳️ Requirements

• Bilingual with experience in healthcare/medical translation

• Excellent English language and communication abilities

• Detail-oriented and dependable

• Available Monday through Friday from 10 AM to 7 PM CST

• Must possess a laptop/Desktop with an i5+ processor

• Minimum of 8GB RAM required

• Internet connection with a speed of at least 35 Mbps

• Noise-canceling headset needed

• Webcam required

• Dedicated workspace is essential

• Capability to comply with HIPAA, Joint Commission, and facility guidelines
