Spanish Bilingual Medical Virtual Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Organize and prepare medical records for healthcare providers

• Update patient history and health-related information

• Conduct precise medical data entry and documentation

• Evaluate basic laboratory results and screening processes

• Adhere to HIPAA regulations, Joint Commission standards, and facility policies

• Assist physicians with administrative and clerical duties

⛳️ Requirements

• Bilingual with experience in healthcare/medical translation

• Strong proficiency in English and excellent communication skills

• Detail-oriented and dependable

• Available Monday to Friday, from 10 AM to 7 PM CST

• Laptop/Desktop equipped with an i5 or higher processor

• Minimum of 8GB RAM

• Internet connection with a speed of 35 Mbps or above

• Noise-canceling headset required

• Webcam necessary

• A dedicated workspace is essential

• Experience in the US healthcare system is required on the application form
