Spanish Bilingual Lead Management Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Reach out to new leads generated each day through outbound calls

• Follow up with potential patients and address their inquiries

• Assess leads and assist in scheduling appointments

• Keep precise records of leads and follow-up actions

• Engage with prospective patients in a professional manner

• Conduct outbound calls from Monday to Friday during office hours

• Provide support to a client in the healthcare and wellness sector

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in medical or healthcare-related lead calling

• Background in B2C outbound calling, lead management, or appointment setting

• Excellent English communication and customer engagement abilities

• Comfortable managing new leads and conducting daily follow-ups

• Organized, proactive, and focused on achieving results

• Must be available to work Monday to Friday during office hours

• Preference for bilingual candidates fluent in Spanish and English

• Processor requirement: Intel iCore 5 or Ryzen 5, or higher

• Operating System: Windows 11 Pro/Home version

• A noise-canceling headset and camera are necessary

• Some campaigns may necessitate a dual-monitor setup
