Spanish Bilingual BDC Agent – Receptionist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Acquire new customers and enhance CSI/SSI in line with company goals

• Arrange service appointments for clients

• Foster positive public relations while effectively managing timelines

• Update and maintain accurate customer records

• Adhere to the guidance of the BDC Manager and Sales Management team

• Uphold a professional environment within the BDC office

• Complete all training as instructed by your supervisor

• Follow the policies and procedures outlined in the Employee Handbook

• Perform additional duties as assigned

⛳️ Requirements

• Bilingual in Spanish and English

• Available to work within the US Timezone

• Previous call center experience is preferred, although not mandatory
