Bilingual Personal Injury Case Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nicaragua, +5 more countries.

📋 Description

• Oversee personal injury cases from initial stages through pre-litigation settlements or transfers.

• Adhere to strict deadlines while maintaining effective communication with clients.

• Initiate insurance claims and notify carriers accordingly.

• Support clients in resolving property damage issues.

• Facilitate ongoing medical care for clients.

• Monitor treatment milestones throughout the process.

• Manage comprehensive medical records and handle billing requests.

• Establish and track medical liens with healthcare providers, insurance companies, and statutory lienholders.

• Keep digital files well-organized.

• Update client information within the case management software.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2–3 years of relevant experience as a Case Manager (excluding administrative assistant or receptionist roles) in a California-based Personal Injury law firm.

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly preferred.

• Strong command of the English language is required.

• Practical experience with Filevine is highly preferred.

• Ability to work full-time during standard Pacific Time hours (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST).

• Excellent communication skills.

• Proactive approach to problem-solving.

• Strong organizational abilities.

• Exceptional attention to detail in high-volume environments.

• Commitment to a full-time contractor schedule of 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM PST.
