This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in China.
• Strategize and oversee space portfolios to enhance space utilization.
• Support clients in developing migration strategies and managing both group and individual relocations.
• Create and revise project status reports to compare actual seat demand against projections.
• Analyze current supply and capacity while forecasting changes in inventory.
• Advise and implement policies, protocols, standards, and procedures that comply with regulations.
• Compile, update, and report on seat count projections from both top-down and bottom-up perspectives.
• Utilize space management techniques and present data on utilization.
• Address discrepancies between top-down projections and client data.
• Monitor and report actual seat demand at the group level.
• Cultivate relationships and coordinate collaboration across business units, particularly with facility management.
• Formulate planning strategies that support construction projects and their execution.
• Conduct regular audits of facilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel with advanced skills in pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and cell calculations.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD for test-fits and square footage calculations.
• Competent in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Capable of consolidating data and floor plans into PowerPoint presentations for client use.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the capability to engage with executive-level clients, both internal and external.
• Ability to collaborate effectively as part of a diverse and supportive team.
• Strategic thinker with the capacity to simplify complex issues and grasp the overarching perspective.
