• Foster relationships with facility management teams, business units, and client stakeholders to collect growth forecasts and spatial requirements.

• Generate monthly reports and perform regular data audits.

• Track utilization trends to guide evidence-based decisions in space planning.

• Create space layouts, block diagrams, and adjacency plans that align with client requirements.

• Assist in migration planning, group relocations, and individual moves by overseeing space allocations.

• Evaluate qualitative and quantitative data to grasp supply and demand dynamics.

• Align top-down projections with actual seat demand and ensure the accuracy of data.

• Lead construction initiatives and planning strategies through facility audits and collaborative implementation support.

• Strong analytical abilities and proficiency in interpreting intricate data sets.

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and complex formulas.

• Capability to consolidate data into polished PowerPoint presentations.

• Proficiency in reading, interpreting, and working with architectural floor plans and spatial layouts.

• Familiarity with occupancy utilization methodologies.
