This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.
• Scheduling and modifying appointments between clients and healthcare providers
• Monitoring schedules, availability, and treatment capacity
• Processing changes, cancellations, and shifting availability
• Ensuring that available slots are filled whenever possible
• Maintaining communication with healthcare providers and colleagues regarding scheduling
• Identifying bottlenecks and proactively addressing them
• Accurately administrating changes
• Contributing ideas on how to organize the scheduling more intelligently and efficiently
• Experience in scheduling is essential
• Background in mental health care (GGZ) or healthcare is a plus
• You work meticulously and in an organized manner
• You communicate easily, clearly, and in a friendly manner
• You can quickly adapt and prioritize tasks
• You are digitally savvy and can quickly master new systems
• You can work well independently in a fully online environment
• You take responsibility and ownership of your tasks
• Approximately 25 hours per week spread over 5 days
• 100% remote work
• Option to work as an employee or as a freelancer (ZZP)
• Employment: FWG 35 according to GGZ collective labor agreement
• Freelance: €35 per hour
• A high degree of independence and responsibility
• Working within a fully digital mental health organization
• A varied role with plenty of contact with healthcare providers and colleagues
