This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Monitor, assess, and refresh space data
• Create scenario and occupancy plans for a client portfolio within a specified region
• Cultivate relationships and facilitate collaboration among business units, particularly in facility management
• Acquire precise growth forecasts
• Formulate strategies that drive construction initiatives and aid in execution
• Perform regular evaluations of facilities
• Compile monthly reports and periodic data assessments
• Monitor and manage utilization data and trends
• Collect space and adjacency requirements
• Revise space layouts and create space-planning and block diagrams
• Organize and manage portfolios to optimize space usage
• Support clients with migration strategies, group relocations, and individual moves
• Leverage qualitative and quantitative data to analyze supply and demand
• Present utilization data and address discrepancies arising from top-down projections
• Monitor and report actual seat demand at the group level
• Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to narrate insights through data
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and cell calculations
• Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite
• Capable of consolidating data and floor plans into PowerPoint presentations
• Ability to read and interpret floor plans
• Familiarity with occupancy utilization, office design principles, and trends in mobile or collaborative work environments
• High attention to detail and precision, especially with numerical data and spatial creativity
• Experience in occupancy or space planning for corporate clients; interior office planning; furniture planning/management; move/project management; or related Facilities roles in a corporate real estate environment
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex concepts
• Capacity to engage with executive-level clients, both internal and external
• Strategic mindset with the ability to simplify intricate issues, maintain a broader perspective, and drive outcomes
• Proactive, innovative, adaptable, intellectually curious, and capable of meeting deadlines
• A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred
