This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
β’ Identify and recruit qualified teachers utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, Seek Talent Search, and the candidate database.
β’ Reconnect with teachers who match current school job openings.
β’ Draft and post job advertisements across various job boards and social media platforms, while tracking and enhancing their performance.
β’ Establish a strong social media presence on LinkedIn, Facebook teacher groups, Instagram, and TikTok.
β’ Conduct phone screenings with candidates to assess qualifications, teacher registration, right to work, availability, year levels, and subjects.
β’ Motivate suitable candidates to complete registration packs, digital interviews, and reference checks, or perform phone interviews.
β’ Prepare candidate summaries and shortlists for Australian consultants.
β’ Develop and maintain talent pools across Primary, Middle, Secondary, and Special Needs teaching.
β’ Create new sourcing channels through forums, referrals, universities, training providers, and international markets.
β’ Organize applicants within the database and file them appropriately.
β’ Achieve weekly sourcing, screening, and shortlist goals, and share insights with the team.
β’ Collaborate with consultants and the recruitment team in Australia.
β’ Proven experience as a Sourcing Specialist, Talent Acquisition Associate, Recruiter, or a similar role.
β’ Previous experience supporting the Australian, UK, or US markets is preferred; significant Philippine/local recruitment experience may also be considered.
β’ Strong hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter is highly desirable.
β’ Proficient in utilizing social media as a sourcing tool.
β’ Familiarity with Seek, Seek Talent Search, or other job boards.
β’ Exceptional written and spoken English skills.
β’ Comfortable with high-volume outreach and phone screening processes.
β’ A curious and creative approach to sourcing candidates.
β’ Self-driven and capable of collaborating effectively with a team located in another country.
β’ After the initial interview, produce a brief video introduction showcasing your background, professional experience, key skills, and career accomplishments.
β’ Experience in education sector recruitment, Australian recruitment, understanding of AITSL skills assessment or Australian teacher registration, ATS experience, and familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter/SEEK are advantageous.
