Sourcing Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Develop and manage candidate pipelines for specialized and challenging roles.

• Execute Boolean searches across LinkedIn, job boards, social media platforms, and online communities.

• Experiment with keyword combinations to discover suitable candidates.

• Record sourcing activities in Penthouse, Magic's proprietary ATS.

• Collaborate with recruiters to establish qualification criteria and synchronize sourcing efforts with timelines.

• Arrange interviews for candidates concerning specialized and custom requisitions.

• Perform candidate outreach to assess authentic interest levels.

• Evaluate candidates for compatibility prior to recommending them to recruiters.

• Maintain candidate engagement and reconnect with inactive candidates.

• Handle multiple sourcing requests and accounts simultaneously.

• Achieve KPI targets, including Matching Interview Pass Rate, Hire Hit Rate, Drop-off Rate, and Daily Endorsements.

• Assist with general, specialized, and custom hiring requisitions within Magic's Boutique team.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–3 years of focused sourcing experience.

• Proven history of sourcing candidates for niche or challenging roles across LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and online communities.

• Proficient in Boolean search techniques and keyword optimization.

• Capable of managing multiple sourcing requests and accounts in a dynamic, metrics-oriented environment.

• Excellent command of professional English, both written and spoken.

• Work-from-home setup: 8GB+ RAM with an Intel i5 / AMD Ryzen 5 or superior.

• Internet speed of 40 Mbps or more with a backup connection.

• Noise-cancelling headset equipped with a microphone and webcam.

• Backup computer and internet connection available.

• Quiet, dedicated workspace.

• Availability Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM PHT, or flexible start options of 7 AM to 4 PM or 8 AM to 5 PM.
