Senior Analyst, Procurement

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee all elements of the relationship with a particular supplier within a designated commodity.

• Coordinate and manage timelines and purchase orders for the client account or product line.

• Ensure timely delivery of products that meet quality standards and are provided at the appropriate cost.

• Carry out delivery assurance responsibilities.

• Implement procurement processes, standards, and operational strategies.

• Address inquiries from the value stream regarding order status, modifications, or cancellations.

• Acquire goods, materials, supplies, and services under favorable terms.

• Prepare purchase orders with general guidance.

• Gather price proposals, financial documentation, and other information to assist in pricing decisions.

• Track contract performance to ensure adherence to contractual obligations.

• Communicate with suppliers to schedule or expedite deliveries and resolve issues related to shortages, missed, or late deliveries.

• Build and sustain vendor relationships.

• Engage in meetings, teleconferences, training sessions, continuous improvement initiatives, and AS9100 activities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Materials Management, or Business Administration.

• At least 2 years of experience in global supply chain management.

• Proficiency with SAP.

• U.S. citizenship is required.

• Proficient in English (reading, writing, speaking) for effective communication with customers, colleagues, or supervisors who speak only English.

• Capability to support additional duties or functions based on business needs.

• Willingness to travel up to 10% domestically.

• Participate actively in group meetings, teleconferences, and mandatory training.

• Engage actively in continuous improvement initiatives utilizing ACE tools.

• Contribute to AS9100 efforts.

• Achieve ACE Associate certification.
