This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Identify and source qualified physicians and advanced practice providers via LinkedIn, professional directories, social media, job boards, and various sourcing platforms.
• Develop the provider database within the CRM by incorporating qualified providers and enhancing their profiles.
• Engage with providers through phone calls, emails, texts, and social media outreach.
• Transition interested and qualified providers to Recruiters for further evaluation and placement.
• Oversee responses to social media marketing initiatives.
• Manage inquiries received through Website LiveChat and the recruiting phone line.
• Ensure the provider database is accurate and well-organized, including contact details, credentials, experience, availability, and assignment preferences.
• Review and refresh provider records to guarantee information is precise and up-to-date.
• Follow up with providers to sustain engagement and update their availability and assignment preferences.
• Monitor WMS social media platforms and address basic provider inquiries and questions.
• Direct questions needing further details to the appropriate WMS team member.
• Collaborate closely with Recruiters and Staffing leadership to comprehend current and future provider requirements.
• Assist in recruiting campaigns and initiatives aimed at broadening WMS's provider network.
• Dispatch provider welcome kits.
• Represent Wilderness Medical Staffing in a professional manner, consistently aligning with its mission and values.
• A high school diploma or GED is mandatory.
• At least 2 years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, healthcare staffing, sales, customer service, or a related field is required.
• Experience in healthcare staffing or provider recruiting is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Capability to manage multiple priorities and maintain consistent follow-up.
• Proficiency in communicating with physicians and advanced practice providers.
• Familiarity with social media, online sourcing platforms, and recruiting technologies.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and capable of learning new software and databases.
• Self-driven and able to work independently while also collaborating with a team.
• Occasional travel may be necessary, typically not exceeding 5%.
• Opportunities for occasional travel to recruiting conferences, professional events, and other WMS activities, usually not exceeding 5%.
