Sourcing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Assist Integrated Facilities and Property Management clients, as well as internal stakeholders, in enhancing the effectiveness of JLL-managed services operations and sourcing strategies.

• Provide market, supplier, and operational insights to improve services operations.

• Identify and guide field resources to implement strategic initiatives.

• Act as a subject matter expert on JLL sourcing strategies, supplier relations, and program management.

• Work alongside clients and JLL Sourcing, Facility, and Property Management teams to promote immediate and ongoing client benefits.

• Conduct market trend assessments, analyze supplier bases and industry shifts, and communicate findings to Supply Chain and business stakeholders.

• Implement, coordinate, and communicate regional and national programs effectively.

• Support supplier relationship management and performance programs with key suppliers.

• Oversee and assist operations teams with RFP/bid, contracting, and operational processes.

• Ensure adherence to sourcing, contracting, risk management, and ethics policies.

• Collaborate with Corporate Legal and Risk Management on contract terms and approvals.

• Set priorities, assign deliverables, and resolve issues with operations teams and project personnel.

• Aid in the development of diversity programs and mentor/educate suppliers.

• Lead and participate in Preferred Supplier performance review meetings.

• Contribute to JLL e-commerce procurement initiatives.

• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from an accredited four-year institution.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in strategic sourcing or a related field.

• Proficient in PC usage.

• Skilled in MS Office applications.

• Project management and experience with business transitions is preferred.

• Must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship.
