Sourcing Specialist, APAC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Asia.

📋 Description

• Create and sustain qualified talent pipelines to meet both current and future project needs.

• Acquire freelance contributors via job boards, social media, freelancer marketplaces, referrals, and sourcing databases.

• Develop pipelines for AI data services encompassing annotation, transcription, evaluation, search relevance, content moderation, data collection, and linguistic projects.

• Formulate targeted sourcing strategies tailored to project-specific hiring needs.

• Identify and engage candidates possessing specialized skills, languages, demographics, or subject matter expertise.

• Track sourcing performance and suggest new sourcing channels.

• Assist in large-scale recruitment and workforce expansion efforts.

• Screen and qualify candidates, review applications, assess suitability, and verify eligibility.

• Organize assessments, qualification tests, and screening processes.

• Assess candidate skills and experiences against project specifications.

• Oversee candidate progression through sourcing and onboarding processes.

• Coordinate onboarding tasks, documentation, contracts, compliance, and account creation.

• Support contributors through onboarding platforms and project readiness workflows.

• Maintain onboarding trackers and workforce readiness objectives.

• Keep precise sourcing records, candidate information, ATS, CRM, workforce databases, vendor portals, and workforce management systems.

• Generate sourcing and pipeline reports.

• Ensure adherence to company policies, data protection regulations, and operational standards.

• Collaborate with Engagement, Project Management, and Operations teams regarding workforce supply, demand, availability, gaps, retention, and timelines.

• Assist in contributor reactivation efforts and workforce planning discussions.

• Provide insights on workforce market trends, sourcing projections, and recruitment suggestions.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

• Background in recruitment, sourcing, talent acquisition, workforce operations, or crowdsourcing environments.

• Proven experience sourcing candidates through various channels and platforms.

• Strong organizational and administrative capabilities.

• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.

• Ability to juggle multiple hiring priorities at once.

• Familiarity with ATS, CRM, recruitment, or workforce management systems.

• High attention to detail and data accuracy.

• Capacity to work independently while effectively collaborating across teams.

• Preferred: Experience in AI data services, crowdsourcing, data annotation, BPO, or technology-driven workforce environments.

• Preferred: Experience in sourcing freelance, contingent, contractor, or global remote workforces.

• Preferred: Experience in supporting multilingual or global sourcing initiatives.

• Preferred: Knowledge of workforce planning and capacity forecasting.

• Preferred: Advanced skills in reporting and analytics.
