Sourcing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Thailand.

📋 Description

• Identify and target hotels and hotel groups across Thailand.

• Engage and connect with owners, general managers, as well as revenue, distribution, and commercial leaders.

• Present Nuitée’s direct hotel supply proposal.

• Negotiate competitive rates and commercial terms that facilitate immediate conversion.

• Manage the sales pipeline from the initial conversation to the contract signing.

• Ensure contracts are technically viable and smoothly transitioned to the Connectivity, Operations, and Account Management teams.

• Build and enhance a network within Thailand’s hotel sector.

• Meet partners in person to foster new business opportunities.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in contracting hotel supply at an OTA, bed bank, or wholesaler, or in sales for a hotel group.

• A strong network within Thai hotels and ownership groups.

• Proven track record in closing hotel contracts, particularly those including multi-property or chain agreements.

• Naturally commercial and motivated, with a passion for generating new business.

• Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively, manage objections, and achieve agreement.

• Fluent in Thai and possess professional working proficiency in English.

• Residing in Bangkok or Phuket.

• Willing to travel frequently, up to 40% of the time.
