Solutions Marketing Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Chile.

📋 Description

• Oversee the local implementation of priority campaigns in the LATAM region.

• Act as a vital marketing collaborator with the local solutions team.

• Engage in solutions meetings, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and regional campaign discussions.

• Carry out specific micro-campaigns tailored to address pipeline gaps, with a focus on downmarket approaches.

• Develop and manage solution campaigns via local distributors, service providers, and partners.

• Oversee the entire program lifecycle, from target selection and digital execution to post-campaign analysis and return on investment (ROI) reporting.

• Champion the narrative surrounding the platform's evolution from standalone products to a cohesive security platform.

• Maintain uniform messaging across all local touchpoints.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of B2B marketing experience within the technology or SaaS industry.

• In-depth knowledge of demand generation metrics, funnel management, and campaign execution.

• Demonstrated success in managing multi-channel programs, including events, digital media, and partner-driven initiatives.

• Capability to convert high-level growth objectives into actionable marketing strategies.

• Strong comprehension of the Latin American business environment and specific market nuances, particularly in Mexico.

• Proficiency in fostering strong relationships with Sales, Business Development Representatives (BDRs), Partner Marketing, and Global Marketing teams.

• Expertise in marketing automation platforms like Marketo or Eloqua.

• Competence in Salesforce CRM.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.

• Fluency in Spanish is mandatory.

• Professional proficiency in English is essential for alignment with headquarters.
