Solutions Marketing Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Oversee the local execution of priority campaigns in LATAM.

• Collaborate with the local solutions team during solutions meetings, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and regional campaign discussions.

• Implement solution-specific micro-campaigns aimed at addressing pipeline gaps, concentrating on downmarket strategies.

• Execute and manage solution campaigns in coordination with local distributors, service providers, and partners.

• Oversee programs from start to finish, including target selection, digital execution, post-campaign analysis, and return on investment (ROI) reporting.

• Propel the narrative of platform evolution from individual products to a cohesive integrated security platform.

• Maintain consistent messaging across all local touchpoints.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B marketing within the technology or SaaS industries.

• Comprehensive understanding of demand generation metrics, funnel management, and campaign execution.

• Demonstrated success in managing multi-channel programs, which include events, digital media, and partner-led initiatives.

• Capability to convert high-level growth objectives into practical marketing plans.

• Strong knowledge of the Latin American business environment and sub-regional market intricacies, especially in Mexico.

• Proven ability to cultivate trusted relationships with Sales, Business Development Representatives (BDRs), Partner Marketing, and Global Marketing teams.

• Expertise in marketing automation platforms such as Marketo or Eloqua.

• Proficient in Salesforce CRM.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

• Fluency in Spanish is required.

• Professional proficiency in English is essential for alignment with headquarters.
