Solutions Manager, Lifecycle & Professional Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Serve as the Business Owner for the Lifecycle Services and Professional Services portfolio throughout EMEA.

• Lead the design and qualification of solutions for strategic customer opportunities across EMEA.

• Provide support for RFQs, RFPs, intricate bids, and business development efforts.

• Ensure the commercial viability, pricing governance, and contract approval for new business ventures.

• Collaborate with Sales, Account Management, Solutions, Service Delivery, Operations, Legal, and Finance teams.

• Take ownership of KPI and SLA governance, ensuring that commitments are clearly defined and attainable.

• Facilitate customer governance and service review meetings with key stakeholders.

• Identify opportunities for service improvement and business growth.

• Manage client solutions from qualification to commercial approval and contract finalization before transferring to implementation and operational delivery teams.

• Oversee growth, commercial governance, service portfolio strategy, customer governance, profitability, and service expansion opportunities across EMEA.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in Lifecycle Services, Professional Services, ITAD, Managed Services, Technology Services, or a similar field.

• Demonstrated success in international solution or commercial management, or business leadership positions.

• Strong grasp of service delivery, pricing models, service contracts, and operational processes.

• Experience in managing complex customer engagements, RFQs, RFPs, and large-scale opportunities.

• Empathetic communication skills to foster trusting relationships with stakeholders.

• Exceptional negotiation abilities.

• Capability to work efficiently across international and cross-functional teams.

• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
