📋 Description

• Act as the primary contact for intricate implementation projects involving larger clients.

• Comprehend data interdependencies and assist in resolving data-related challenges.

• Solve problems and coordinate data integration efforts with clients and Customer Success Managers.

• Collaborate with customers to grasp their unique requirements, exceptional circumstances, and use cases, then identify and execute solutions.

• Maintain continuous engagement with customers to keep project momentum, foster buy-in, and promote adoption.

• Identify and document obstacles encountered and areas for enhancement within the process and product.

• Regularly define and record issues and challenges faced by partners.

• Support the product team with quality assurance and product enhancement initiatives.

• Facilitate adoption and usage throughout the implementation phase.

⛳️ Requirements

• Excellent project management abilities (understanding task dependencies/sequence and managing tasks).

• Strong skills in stakeholder management.

• Over 5 years of experience as an implementation specialist or in a similar role within a B2B SaaS environment.

• Proficient in working with data feeds, including reviewing data files, identifying issues, and performing various data actions (similar to spreadsheet manipulation on a large scale).

• Familiarity with scripting (Python, etc.) and JSON data is advantageous but not mandatory.

• Confident in presenting to district stakeholders.

• Clear and effective communicator — able to distill product and engineering terminology into straightforward and concise customer communications.

• Maintains a positive mindset - able to remain optimistic in high-pressure situations.

• Proactive, entrepreneurial approach, eager to take initiative in a fast-paced, dynamic environment — knows when and how to source the right information as needed.
