Solutions Engineer, Wireless

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Provide support to small business sales teams operating in the market to enhance solution adoption and boost customer engagement for accounts with 1–9 employees.

• Engage in multiple customer meetings each day to offer technical consultation and guidance on solutions.

• Demonstrate solution features, advantages, and return on investment (ROI).

• Help with in-building coverage requests to enhance network accessibility.

• Maintain a high level of expertise in wireless devices, network technologies, and value-added solutions.

• Assist in sales efforts and respond to technical inquiries.

• Undertake other duties and projects as assigned by business management.

• Travel within the designated territory as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree plus 3 years of relevant work experience OR an advanced degree with 1 year of relevant work experience OR a combination of education and experience considered equivalent.

• A minimum of 3 years' experience in telecommunications, solutions consulting, or engineering positions.

• Proven track record of successful solution sales and managing both internal and external relationships in a matrixed environment.

• Experience in supporting wireless business sales teams (SMB, ENT, or GOV) is preferred.

• Proficiency in communication.

• Ability to identify customer needs.

• Strong product knowledge.

• Project management skills.

• Experience in business sales.

• Expertise in solution consultation.

• Skills in technical demonstrations.

• Ability to conduct technical presentations.

• Experience in technical training.

• Knowledge of wireless networks.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
