Solutions Engineer – UAE, MEA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Arab Emirates (UAE).

📋 Description

• Take charge of the technical aspects of the sales process, encompassing discovery calls, demonstrations, technical presentations, and proof-of-value engagements.

• Analyze customer DevOps workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and toolchains.

• Showcase how CloudBees Unify integrates governance and evidence across existing tools without necessitating a complete overhaul.

• Convert technical needs into solutions that ensure audit readiness and the safe implementation of AI-generated code.

• Participate in architecture discussions.

• Assist with RFPs and security questionnaires.

• Serve as the technical liaison among customers, Sales, Product, and Engineering teams.

• Provide field insights to influence the product roadmap.

• Keep abreast of trends in DevOps and AI-assisted development, the competitive landscape, and updates on CloudBees products.

• Act as a reliable technical advisor for prospects and customers within the Middle East and Africa.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or a comparable customer-facing technical role.

• Proficient in both Arabic and English.

• Strong understanding of DevOps principles, CI/CD, and contemporary software delivery methodologies.

• Practical experience with Jenkins, Git, Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud services like AWS, Azure, and GCP.

• Capable of articulating complex technical concepts to both engineers and executives.

• Comfortable navigating the fast-paced and ambiguous environment of a dynamic company.

• Background as a Software Engineer, DevOps Engineer, or Site Reliability Engineer (preferred).

• Familiarity with MEA enterprise or public sector accounts (preferred).

• Knowledge of enterprise security, compliance, and governance requirements, such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, ADGM/DIFC standards, and change management (preferred).

• Experience in selling or supporting SaaS or platform products (preferred).
