Solutions Engineer – SE

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provide guidance on network security solutions

• Offer pre-sales assistance to Sales teams and partners

• Address questions and inquiries

• Deliver product and technology demonstrations

• Carry out competitive analyses

• Design and specify networking and security architectures

• Develop and present product updates, short-course training sessions, and webinars

• Conduct discovery and scoping calls for Professional Services Projects

• Offer technical expertise and support to team members

• Initiate and oversee the lifecycle of vendor solution Proofs of Concept

• Execute other technical tasks as required

• Report to the Manager, Solutions Engineer

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 2 years of practical experience with TCP/IP networking

• At least 1 year of knowledge in Firewall, switches, WiFi, and Endpoint security

• Ability to multitask and eagerness to learn new skills and tackle new challenges

• Strong communication skills within and across teams

• Ensure service SLA is maintained within 30 minutes

• Hold technical certifications for 6 or more vendor products

• Must have legal authorization to work in the USA

• Willingness to travel occasionally for business purposes
