Solution Architect – InsureMo Platform

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.

📋 Description

• Create comprehensive enterprise solutions utilizing InsureMO's APIs, microservices, and integration framework.

• Establish scalable, secure, and high-performance solution architectures that align with business goals.

• Oversee the implementation, customization, and enhancement of the InsureMO platform.

• Develop solutions that facilitate policy administration, claims management, billing, and distribution channels.

• Ensure smooth integration between InsureMO and core insurance systems.

• Design solutions specifically catering to the operational needs of Managing General Agents.

• Ensure adherence to delegated underwriting models, regulatory standards, reporting, and distribution processes.

• Integrate AI/ML functionalities into underwriting automation, claims processing, fraud detection, and customer engagement.

• Identify chances to enhance operational efficiency through intelligent automation.

• Offer architectural guidance and technical leadership to development teams.

• Set best practices for integration, microservices, API design, security, and performance enhancement.

• Collaborate with Enterprise Architects, Engagement Leads, product teams, and business stakeholders to define and implement strategic technology solutions.

• Convert business requirements into scalable technical architectures.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a Solution Architect in the insurance or financial services sector.

• Extensive hands-on experience with the InsureMO platform and its ecosystem.

• Profound understanding of MGA (Managing General Agent) operations, delegated underwriting, and insurance distribution models.

• Experience in designing enterprise integration solutions using APIs, microservices, and middleware technologies.

• Proficiency in integrating AI/ML solutions within enterprise insurance platforms.

• Strong knowledge of core insurance systems, including policy administration, claims management, billing, and distribution.

• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and leadership abilities.

• Capability to lead cross-functional technical teams and influence architectural decisions.

• TOGAF or equivalent Enterprise Architecture certification is preferred.

• Experience with cloud-native architecture and digital transformation projects is preferred.

• Familiarity with API-first architecture, event-driven systems, and enterprise integration patterns is preferred.

• Knowledge of modern AI technologies and intelligent automation platforms is preferred.

• Experience working in Agile environments and leading distributed development teams is preferred.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
