This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Lead the technical discovery process by mapping customer architecture, data privacy, identity and permissions, interoperability, performance, resilience, custody, and compliance constraints.
• Transform customer workflows into Prividium target architectures, which encompass integration boundaries, APIs, deployment models, and the path from pilot to production.
• Develop and conduct customized demonstrations and technical workshops for engineering teams and senior business leaders.
• Establish evaluation success criteria, outline proofs of concept, coordinate internal specialists, and connect pilots to commercial decisions.
• Oversee responses to RFPs, RFIs, security reviews, and architecture assessments in collaboration with Engineering, Security, Product, and Legal.
• Create solution documentation that includes assumptions, dependencies, owners, and acceptance criteria.
• Ensure a smooth handover of solutions into delivery.
• Incorporate structured customer evidence into Product and Engineering.
• Differentiate between repeatable market needs and one-off requests.
• Develop reference architectures and playbooks that serve as the foundation for the solutions-engineering function.
• A minimum of 7 years in solutions engineering, sales engineering, enterprise architecture, or technical consulting in a customer-facing role.
• Experience with banks, capital-markets firms, market infrastructure, payments businesses, or other regulated entities.
• Strong expertise in APIs, distributed systems, cloud and on-premise deployment, security, identity and access, and data privacy.
• Proven experience in leading complex technical evaluations or proofs of concept and translating them into production decisions.
• Ability to articulate complex systems to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Exceptional writing skills and disciplined expectation management.
• Capability to align sales, product, engineering, security, and customer teams without formal authority.
• Familiarity with Ethereum, smart contracts, tokenisation, or zero-knowledge proofs is a plus.
• Must be currently located in or near the New York City area.
• Must be eligible to work in the US or meet US visa sponsorship criteria.
