AI Solutions Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Facilitate discussions with clients to comprehend their business challenges and convert them into actionable solutions.

• Ensure project timelines are met by proactively identifying risks, maintaining clear milestones, and flagging any changes in scope.

• Educate client teams on how to effectively manage and operate the delivered solutions.

• Recognize additional client challenges that may be addressed and communicate these to the account management team.

• Showcase solutions to both colleagues and clients, clarifying their functionality, addressing limitations, and discussing implementation requirements.

• Develop and sustain AI applications and agents from the prototype stage through testing and deployment.

• Integrate applications with Power BI semantic models, Microsoft Fabric data, and other business systems via APIs, ensuring proper authentication and permissions.

• Analyze bugs and performance issues, validate AI outputs against foundational data, and enhance overall reliability.

• Produce examples, templates, and documentation to ensure maintainability and facilitate reuse.

• Assess new AI tools for practical applications and provide informed recommendations.

• Collaborate with the team through support, code reviews, experimentation, and problem-solving initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of three years of software development experience, including post-launch application maintenance.

• Proficient in building web applications using React and TypeScript, with experience in connecting interfaces to APIs and managing application data.

• Practical experience in software development with agentic coding tools such as Claude Code or Codex.

• Capability to provide contextual guidance, oversee agentic coding efforts, review modifications, and verify outcomes.

• Strong foundational programming skills.

• Comfortable utilizing Git, navigating unfamiliar code, and diagnosing issues within an application.

• Knowledge of Power BI and Microsoft Fabric concepts, including data organization and modeling for effective reporting and analysis.

• Familiarity with the Microsoft ecosystem and fundamental cloud services, authentication, and permission protocols.

• Ability to translate client frustrations into both technical and human-centered solutions.

• Proficient in presenting information to C-suite executives and front-line managers.

• Capable of clearly communicating technical decisions and application functionalities to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Nice to have: Experience with Next.js, Python, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Microsoft Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Graph, or MCP.

• Nice to have: Previous consulting experience or a background in creating tools for other developers.

• Must have authorization to work in the United States.
