Solutions Engineer, Enterprise AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Comprehend customer workflows, data, integrations, security needs, and operational objectives

• Develop customer-specific architectures and create convincing demonstrations and lightweight prototypes

• Establish proof-of-concept datasets, scoring, acceptance criteria, scope, and dependencies in collaboration with Forward Deployment

• Direct technical evaluations, RFP submissions, and security questionnaires with the appropriate internal experts

• Link technical capabilities to quantifiable operational benefits and clearly differentiate validated capabilities from unresolved inquiries

• Transform field insights into reference architectures, reusable demonstrations, and enhanced product decisions

• Ensure a seamless transition to delivery

• Collaborate closely with founders and product, engineering, and delivery teams

⛳️ Requirements

• U.S. citizenship is mandatory

• Visa sponsorship is not offered

• Experience in solutions engineering, technical consulting, architecture, or customer-facing delivery roles

• Sufficient coding proficiency to engage with APIs, review logs, and develop practical prototypes

• Ability to communicate clearly with technical teams and business stakeholders

• Familiarity with enterprise systems like Salesforce, ServiceNow, Freshworks, Zendesk, SAP, or Oracle

• Sound judgment regarding commitments, validation, implementation risks, and the practical limitations of agentic AI

• Openness to travel
