Solutions Engineer, Cyber Security

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with Account Executives across various regions to facilitate technical pre-sales discussions and product demonstrations.

• Present engaging and tailored product walkthroughs aimed at security-focused buyers and stakeholders.

• Act as a subject matter expert on DeleteMe's cybersecurity offerings, privacy stance, and unique technical features.

• Simplify intricate technical concepts into clear business value for potential clients and existing customers.

• Work alongside Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to remain updated on platform functionalities, future developments, and security enhancements.

• Aid in the preparation of responses to RFPs, RFIs, and security-related questionnaires.

• Provide technical guidance and solutions during proof-of-concept and trial implementations.

• Contribute to the improvement of technical sales content, FAQs, objection management strategies, and demonstration materials based on insights from the field.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3+ years of experience in a Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or a comparable pre-sales technical position.

• Strong grasp of cybersecurity principles, threat environments, and enterprise security requirements.

• Experience in a SaaS, B2B sales context with intricate sales processes.

• Exceptional presentation skills with the capability to customize communication for both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams.

• Familiarity with privacy, data protection, or identity-related technologies is advantageous.

• Proficiency with tools such as Salesforce, demo platforms, and documentation systems.

• This position entails both domestic and international travel.
