Solutions Engineer – Commercial

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with Account Executives throughout the entire sales process, encompassing technical discovery, solution design, demonstrations, and unique technical narratives.

• Convert intricate use cases into operational workflows and scalable deployment methodologies.

• Conduct structured proofs of concept linked to active opportunities with quantifiable operational value.

• Direct integrations and airspace strategy, including REST APIs, customer data environments, physical security and video platforms, networking, BVLOS approvals, waivers, and docked operations.

• Assist customers during onboarding, implementation, and growth phases.

• Develop reusable technical assets for efficient team execution.

• Deliver prioritized, justifiable field feedback to Product and Engineering teams.

• Facilitate deal progression, enhance customer confidence, ensure successful deployments, and promote long-term commercial sUAS program success.

⛳️ Requirements

• Background in unmanned aircraft operation, design, development, or regulatory environments.

• Experience in industries such as utilities, AEC, security, or oil and gas.

• Technical expertise in aviation, engineering, computer science, software development, or hardware design.

• Familiarity with integrations and REST-based APIs or related technologies.

• Capability to articulate technical concepts clearly to both drone pilots and senior executives.

• Networking experience or certifications like CCNA are a plus.

• Familiarity with GIS, photogrammetry, or survey and mapping workflows is advantageous.

• Experience with dock-based, remote, and BVLOS operations at scale is a bonus.

• Working knowledge of Salesforce, Palantir, Databricks, or similar platforms is desirable.

• Possession of an active FAA Part 107 Certificate.

• Willingness to travel 50 to 75% of the time.

• Capacity to lift up to 60 lbs without assistance.
